Mat Just grew up in Orange County and has spent his entire career here. He started Just Appraisals, Inc. in 2002 and has been appraising properties across the county ever since — through multiple market cycles, across every neighborhood, from Newport Beach to San Clemente.

Mat holds a California State Certified Residential Appraiser license through the Bureau of Real Estate Appraisers (BREA License #AR029995) and is a licensed California real estate agent. Both credentials are current and in good standing.

Just Appraisals, Inc. maintains offices in Santa Ana, Irvine, and San Clemente — covering the full length of Orange County from north to south.
